This policy describes how ESOPE SAS (SIREN 778 147 322), publisher of the Relief Print brand, collects and processes personal data submitted through reliefprint.fr, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the French Data Protection Act.

Purposes
- Reply to information and quote requests.
- Run the commercial follow-up of projects.
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the Studio's legitimate interest in replying to inquiries.
Retention
Messages received via the contact form are kept for three (3) years from the last contact for prospecting purposes. Data tied to an order is kept for ten (10) years under accounting obligations.
Recipients and subprocessors
Data is intended for Studio staff only. It transits through our infrastructure hosted on Lovable Cloud (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our transactional email tool. No data is sold.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for technical operation may be set; they do not require prior consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. These rights can be exercised by email to studio@reliefprint.fr.
